Jeff Gregg brings 37 years of experience in heavy manufacturing to his role as Vice President of Operations of GM&I.

Throughout his career, he has progressed through key leadership roles—from front-line supervisor to superintendent, manager, director, and now VP—demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence at every level.

He has successfully led teams of over 1,000 people and managed projects valued up to $300 million. Known for his strategic thinking and collaborative leadership style, Jeff Gregg ensures that teams across all departments—from Estimating, Procurement and Engineering to Operations and Quality Assurance—are aligned and empowered to meet production goals.
